Anne is a native of Boston, MA where she received her BFA from the Boston Museum School of Fine Arts and Tufts University in 1975. After settling and raising a family in the Farmington Valley of Connecticut, Anne is thrilled to have returned to Cape Cod full time after summering here for the past 22 years. Inspired by the natural beauty of the Cape, Anne's plein air landscapes, still lifes, and figurative pieces are painted primarily in oil and pastel.
She has recently studied and worked with Mary Giammarino, Robert DuToit, Mary Alice Eisenberg, John Clayton, Robert Longley, Joan Hopkins, and Rosalie Nadeau. Anne is an active member of PAAM and the Creative Art Center in Chatham.
